At first glance it seems that your theme is OK with WordPress 3.0 The following may well have been the same in 2.9.2 …
The AdSense links on the front page, under the featured article have very narrow spacing between themselves The WordPress and Mimbo links in the footer are grey text on slightly different grey background (very likely this hasn’t changed)
The only other thing I’d double check has survived the upgrade is the WordPress Mobile Edition plugin.
I think some theme authors would argue that their themes are already WordPress 3.0 compliant/compatible. I’ve not read much into the new hooks etc. available, but I believe some authors have been updating their themes using the beta and RC versions of 3 to test against.

Those have always been like that, but it is about time I fixed them. Thanks for pointing them out.
np, just wish my original theme had survived the upgrade. I like the new one, but the lack of a second sidebar makes single post pages very long…
Looking forward to when WordPress 3.0 themes start coming out. If only Twenty Ten wasn’t a single sidebar theme, I might change over.
